MG's UK range, sorted by starting price: what the manufacturer's own pages listed on 10 October 2026

A price-sorted reference on MG Motor UK's on-sale line-up, using the UK on-the-road 'from' prices as the manufacturer published them on its website, captured 10 October 2026. Fifteen models, UK market only, from £17,995 to £55,245, plus the registration-window APR offers attached to those prices.

MG Motor UK currently sells more than a dozen models in Britain, and the manufacturer's own UK website attaches a starting "from" price to each of them. What follows is a sorting of those published figures – fifteen vehicles ordered from the least expensive to the most expensive – using exactly the prices MG's UK pages carried when this material was prepared. No driving impression, no measurement and no reliability verdict sits behind this ordering: the only criterion is the UK starting price as MG itself published it.

Every figure below applies to the UK market only, and none is converted to another currency or compared against prices MG publishes elsewhere. The capture date matters: car prices move, and these are the numbers on the manufacturer's UK pages on 10 October 2026, not a permanent tariff. MG's finance offers on the same pages were tied to a specific registration window, which is a further sign that the terms were fixed in time.

The full line-up, from £17,995 to £55,245

Here is the range in ascending order of the UK "from" price printed on MG Motor UK's pages, grouped by the powertrain label the manufacturer itself applies. Note that the two MG4 EV price rows the site lists sit apart in the order, and that the petrol entries anchor the bottom of the list below:

  • Petrol: MG3, from £17,995; MG ZS, from £21,495; MG HS, from £27,495.
  • Hybrid: MG3 Hybrid+, from £19,995; MG ZS Hybrid+, from £23,995; MG HS Hybrid+, from £30,495.
  • Electric: MG4 EV Urban, from £23,495; MGS5 EV, from £28,995; MG4 EV, from £30,495; MGS6 EV, from £37,995; MG IM5, from £39,950; MG IM6, from £48,495; MG Cyberster, from £55,245.
  • Plug-in hybrid: MG HS Plug-in Hybrid, from £33,495; MGS9 Plug-in Hybrid, from £34,210.

Within this list the least expensive model is the petrol MG3 at £17,995, and the most expensive is the electric MG Cyberster at £55,245. Two models share the £30,495 starting figure – the MG4 EV and the MG HS Hybrid+ – so the ordering between them is a tie rather than a ranking.

What the price lines do and do not cover

The figures are headline "from" prices for the entry version of each model line, as printed by MG Motor UK. They do not, on their own, say anything about equipment, trim structure or running costs, and they are not necessarily the price of a car available on a given day: MG's own terms on the same pages made retail availability subject to conditions at participating dealers and to the registration window stated above. A reader comparing an MG against other brands should match like with like – same market, same spec, same date – rather than reading these numbers as a market-wide verdict, which they are not.

Finance offers tied to the autumn 2026 window

Alongside the price lines, MG's UK pages carried Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) APR offers with no minimum deposit, tied to vehicles registered between 1 October 2026 and 31 December 2026. According to those terms, 0% APR applied to the MG4 EV Urban; 2.9% APR to the MG3 Hybrid+, MG ZS Hybrid+ and MG HS Hybrid+; and 0.9% APR to the MGS9 Plug-in Hybrid. The stated offer was not available in conjunction with other offers. The finance terms also set out the standard three outcomes at the end of a PCP agreement: part-exchange the vehicle where equity is available, pay the Optional Final Payment to own it, or return it, with further charges possible depending on condition or mileage.

It is worth noting how the offer list works. The APR terms the manufacturer published name four model lines – MG4 EV Urban, MG3 Hybrid+, MG ZS Hybrid+ and MG HS Hybrid+ – plus the MGS9 Plug-in Hybrid. The remaining models in the price-sorted list above, including the Cyberster, the IM models, the MGS5 EV, the MGS6 EV and the MG HS Plug-in Hybrid, are not named in those PCP APR lines, so no APR figure is claimed for them here.

The terms behind the offers

MG's UK pages state that the finance is provided by Santander Consumer (UK) PLC trading as MG Motor Financial Services, with MG Motor UK Ltd acting as a credit broker, not a lender. Finance is subject to status, applicants must be 18 or over, a guarantee may be required, and terms and conditions apply. For readers weighing a PCP route against cash or another finance product, these conditions – and the dealer commission disclosure the terms describe – are part of the same document set as the prices, and any agreement should be read in the form presented at the dealer before signing.

How to check today's figures yourself

Because prices and finance offers change, the practical check is the manufacturer's own UK pages and configurator on the day you read this: mg.co.uk lists the current "from" price per model, and a dealer quote will show the full on-the-road specification with options and fees. If you use a PCP offer, confirm in writing that your vehicle's registration date falls inside the offer window and that the APR quoted matches the current terms. Any gap between what MG's site shows when you check and the figures printed above should be read as a change since 10 October 2026, not as a correction – these numbers describe one documented snapshot of one market.
